Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is willing to contribute both clinically and administratively to help ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive procedures
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist the dentist during examinations as needed
- Monitor patient comfort and provide exceptional patient care
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to create a positive patient experience
- Be a strong team player and assist coworkers when needed
- During downtime, support the front desk and administrative team with tasks such as:
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming patient visits
- Answering phones.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience with open -dental software is a plus

Monday 8:30-6pm
Tuesdays 10-5pm
Wednesday 10-4pm
Thursday 8:30-6pm
2 Saturdays a month 9-2pm
summers 1 Saturday a month
Salary open to discuss based on pediatric experience
No Medicaid taken this is a PPO office , Hygienist take their own X-rays and turn over rooms 30 mins for recares 40 for NP
