At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown, our mission is to help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home! We’re looking for a Compassionate Care Manager to lead and support our caregiving team. What You’ll Do:

• Mentor & Support Caregivers: Train and guide caregivers to provide exceptional care to our clients.

• Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for clients and their families—ensuring trust, satisfaction, and peace of mind.

• Recruit & Match Talent: Hire great caregivers and match them with clients based on skills and needs.

• Create Personalized Care: If licensed (RN/LPN), design care plans tailored to each senior’s needs.

• Jump In When Needed: Provide hands-on care when needed to support your team and clients.

• Be a Leader: Serve as the bridge between our caregivers, clients, and their families.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of hands-on senior care experience (professional or personal)

• A leader and mentor with great communication skills

• Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, apps)

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

• A heart for helping others

Role Details:

• Location: Georgetown, TX (with travel to client homes as needed)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM rotating on-call shifts

• Type: Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000–$50,000/year

• Paid Time Off
