Caring Senior Service of El Paso is looking for a bilingual Agency Director to lead our local office and help grow a compassionate team dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, healthy, and independent at home.

As Agency Director, you will oversee daily operations, support caregivers, build referral relationships, and ensure our clients receive the highest quality care.
What You'll Do:
Lead Operations & Team Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care agency
- Lead, mentor, and support office staff and caregivers
- Create a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture
Grow the Agency
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase efficiency
- Build systems, processes, and workflows that support long-term success
- Represent the agency in the community and build referral partnerships
Support Clients & Caregivers
- Conduct in-home client consultations and safety assessments
- Ensure caregivers are trained, supported, and delivering excellent care
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and families
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
- Maintain licensing, documentation, and agency records
- Manage scheduling, billing, payroll, and collections
Financial Oversight
- Monitor budgets and operational performance
- Help drive sustainable growth and profitability
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of leadership or management experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and lead with confidence
- Direct experience providing care for seniors or in-home care services
- Experience managing caregivers or healthcare teams
Physical & Role Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive to client homes and community meetings
- Some on-call availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
