As we continue to grow across Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple, we’re looking for a high-energy Community Outreach & Referral Specialist to expand our local presence and build trusted referral partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
As the face of our agency in the community, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans that generate consistent, high-quality referrals
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, assisted living communities, and local organizations
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community engagements
- Track referral activity and growth metrics in our CRM
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience
- Meet and exceed referral and growth goals

Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
- Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
