Your Role

• Build meaningful relationships while helping with daily routines, including dressing, meals, and personal hygiene.
• Provide compassionate dementia and memory care support.
• Assist with safe transfers using mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Transport clients to local outings and appointments.
• Keep health records updated using our simple electronic system.
• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care that promotes each client's comfort and dignity.

Requirements

• Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for service.
• Ability to safely handle physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
