At Caring Senior Service, we are seeking a seasoned care professional ready to step into a high-impact leadership role as Caregiver Support Manager. This opportunity is designed for experienced caregiving leaders — professionals who combine hands-on CNA or direct care expertise with strong operational judgment, team leadership, and organizational excellence. In this role, you will drive care coordination strategy, mentor and develop caregivers, and ensure seamless communication across clients, families, and agency leadership.
You will serve as the operational backbone of daily care delivery — aligning schedules, managing documentation, resolving challenges proactively, and elevating both caregiver performance and client satisfaction. Your frontline experience will inform smarter staffing decisions, strengthen accountability, and enhance the overall quality of service.

What You’ll Do
Recruit, Train, and Support Caregivers
Build a reliable, compassionate caregiving team through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Coordinate Care & Scheduling
Manage daily caregiver schedules, handle call-offs and coverage needs, and ensure continuity of care through organized planning and follow-through.
Assist With Client Onboarding & Care Plans
Support client onboarding, help coordinate care plans, and ensure client needs are met consistently and documented accurately.
Build Strong Client & Family Relationships
Communicate proactively, respond to concerns, and maintain clear, professional documentation and communication.
Provide Hands-On Care When Needed
Step in to assist with ADLs, companionship, and meal preparation to ensure uninterrupted care.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of senior caregiving experience required (CNAs strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple priorities
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and basic office software
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- On-Call: Rotating evenings/weekends
- Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 annually bonus structure
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement & Paid Time Off (PTO)
