Your Role:
As the Care Manager, you are the heartbeat of our caregiving operations — overseeing caregiver recruitment, training, scheduling, and support to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top-tier caregivers who embody our values and standards
- Manage and optimize caregiver schedules to ensure client needs are met with timeliness and continuity
- Conduct in-home assessments and collaborate with families to create personalized care plans
- Educate and onboard caregivers using GreatCare® training modules and hands-on techniques
- Monitor and coach caregivers on proper body mechanics, safety procedures, and condition-specific care (e.g., dementia, mobility support)
- Stay responsive to client needs, ensuring care plans evolve as conditions change
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, care documentation, and scheduling systems
Qualifications
- Experience in senior care, home care coordination, or healthcare team leadership
- Strong background in caregiver management, scheduling, or workforce planning
- Ability to train caregivers on hands-on care and client-specific protocols
- Knowledge of body mechanics, senior health issues, and care best practices
- Highly organized, responsive, and motivated by goals and outcomes
