Well established and reputable Licensed Home Care Agency servicing NY Metropolitan area is looking for Bilingual English/Russian speaking COORDINATOR in the in Queens & Brooklyn locations (hybrid position).
Responsibilities include:
-Staffing cases as per client's needs
- Maintenance of patient caseload in good standing
-Follow up as needed with all contacts involved with the patient's case
-Report and document all changes in patients and staff
-Prior Home Care Coordinator experience of at least 1 year is a must.
-Must have knowledge of HHA Exchange system.
-Excellent communication and customer services skills required. College degree preferred, but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
