- Provide quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents’ conditions.
- Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care.Accurately document care and resident status in the medical record.
- Supervise nurse aides and medication aides, ensuring procedures and resident rights are upheld.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living when needed.
- Promote a safe, clean, calm, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in in-service programs, educational opportunities, and team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Current LPN or RN license in Ohio.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including assisting and transferring residents as needed.
- Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and well-being.

Salary : $28 - $34
