Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, promoting independence and comfort.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
