Caring Partners is a non-profit care management organization that works in partnership with the primary organizations that serve children and families in Morris and Sussex Counties. The primary goal of Caring Partners is to maintain children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse issues safely at home, in school and in the community by providing support, education, and advocacy and by connecting children and families to the needed services and resources. Caring Partners believes in working with families in a strength-based manner and believes that children are best served in their homes or communities using natural supports.
The Care Manager Supervisor provides weekly supervision to Care Managers to ensure that the Care Manager develops a partnership with families, coordinates their care with other system partners, facilitates the team process used to build on family and community strengths in order to address family needs, and implements crisis plans. The Care Manager Supervisor also ensures that agency timelines are maintained.
This position requires a master’s degree in a related field (social work, psychology, counseling) plus two years of post-Masters experience in clinical assessment, supervision and/or child/adolescent development. Licensure commensurate with degree is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and assessment skills are required. He/she must be energetic and a creative team player. Bilingual/Spanish a plus. This position also requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Caring Partners offers competitive compensation and excellent employee benefits.
