Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staffing needs for various clients within the organization
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and recruit potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the onboarding process, including employee orientation and paperwork completion
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database (e.g., PeopleSoft)
- Assist with contract negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Generate leads through cold calling and networking to expand candidate pool
Requirements:
- Proven experience in staffing coordination or a related field
