About us
Caring LLC provides services to individuals with disabilities and persons aged 65 and older. Caring LLC is looking to hire a IHS Worker to work with our clients in Ramsey, Hennepin, Dakota, Washington and Anoka counties.
The primary responsibility of the ILS Worker is to provide care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to: ensuring the safety and well-being of the client, medication reminders, independent living skills, community orientation skills, documentation of daily activities, communication regarding concerns of the clients and community, transporting clients within the community.
Experience
- Assisted Living environments or memory care facilities
- Social work practices related to mental health support
- Group Home settings or home community care for individuals with disabilities
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with various disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. At least 1 year of Caregiving/Mental Health
3. Have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
4. A clear DHS background check.
5. A High School Diploma or higher.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
