What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time and Part Time Caregiver position at Caring Life Services?
Caring Life Services is seeking an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to join our team in the PITTSBURGH AREA to provide excellent care to our clients.
The caregiver will follow a daily care schedule with clients, report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. Assist with all ADL's and IADL's.
To succeed as a caregiver you should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable.
We have PART TIME AND FULL TIME HOURS.
The zip codes we have cases in are: 15208, 15219, 15216.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Mobility
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with toileting
- Assist with all ADL's
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- PA Valid Driver’s License/PA ID – No out of state ID’s
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- TB test prior to working with clients
- Must be at least 21 years or older
