Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in hospice settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document patient observations, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and needs
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families, respecting cultural preferences and individual dignity
Qualifications
- CHHA in NJ
- Drivers License and access to reliable transpotation
- 1 years prior experience in hospice care, home health, long-term care, nursing homes, assisted living
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a home or community setting
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
