Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in hospice settings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Monitor and document patient observations, vital signs, and changes in condition
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and needs
  • Offer emotional support to patients and their families, respecting cultural preferences and individual dignity


Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant in DE
  • Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
  • 1 years prior experience in hospice care, home health, long-term care, nursing homes, assisted living
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a home or community setting


Work Location: On the road

Salary : $23 - $24
