We’re expanding into Florida and looking for a passionate, Florida-licensed RN to lead our new home care agency! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, using your skills to establish and grow a branch backed by the support of our successful Ohio office.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the day-to-day operations of our Florida home care agency.
- Foster a team that delivers high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ensure state licensing and compliance standards are met with ease.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth care coordination.
- Team up with our Ohio office to align goals and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Florida.
- Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Knowledge of home care standards is ideal (but we’re happy to support your growth if you’re new to this).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
