Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides for Part-Time positions in Andover, Billerica, Burlington, Woburn, Wilmington, Chelmsford, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawrence, Lowell.
Qualifications of a Home Health Aide include:
Qualifications of a Home Health Aide include:
- Be reliable and dependable.
- Have HHA certification.
- Be able to use a computer for documentation.
- Able to efficiently perform all HHA tasks.
- Have a car and a valid driver's license.
- Home care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide include:
- Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene.
- Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients.
- Plans and prepares simple meals.
- Assists patients with basic health-related care needs.
- Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan.
- Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition.
- Performs routine housekeeping tasks as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.
- Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.
