- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks such as medical record keeping and billing.
- Handle medical collection processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a clean environment.
- Provide animal restraint when necessary during procedures.
- Assist with kennel duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is required.
- Knowledge of animal anatomy, husbandry, and care practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with animal catheterization techniques is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
