About the Role:
As a Part-Time Supervising Nurse (LPN), you'll be responsible for the admission and ongoing monitoring of our home care clients. Your expertise will ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Completing initial assessments and developing individualized nursing care plans.

Conducting supervisory visits to monitor clients' progress and overall well-being.

Providing essential supervision, guidance, and education to our nursing assistants, clients, and their families on topics like infection, accident, and injury prevention.

Communicating with the RN Supervisor regarding any changes to the Plan of Care.

Documenting your visits in a timely manner (written or electronic reports).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We're looking for an experienced LPN who is comfortable traveling to clients within a 50-mile radius (primarily in Laurens and surrounding counties).
Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted Georgia LPN licensure (an active license is required).

A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Commitment to scheduling and visiting a minimum of 10 clients per month.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.

Current CPR certification.
