Schedule: Part-time opportunity | 9 hours per week with opportunity to build up schedule

What you’ll do:
- Transporting individuals to appointments and activities.
- Assisting individuals with daily living and hygiene tasks such as feeding, bathing, shaving, dressing and other related tasks.
- Observing, reporting and recording changes in the physical condition, behavior response and emotional status of individuals.
- Participating in activities with the individuals such as shopping, walks, picnics, going to the movies and other activities.
- Reporting to work on time and as scheduled.
- Requires lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Other duties as assigned.
All you’ll need for success:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- CPR Certified
- Pass a background screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work with individuals with physical or mental illness, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and/or the geriatric populations.
- Ability to learn first aid, emergency treatments, behavioral interventions, and techniques, as trained.
- Ability to prepare and maintain records/charts.
