We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to join our team and provide one-on-one daily care for a medically fragile pediatric client in the Saint Genevieve, MO area. This private duty nursing (PDN) position offers stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to build a meaningful bond with both the client and family.
Position Details
- Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (in the client’s home)
- Location: Saint Genevieve, Missouri
- Schedule: Full-time days— Monday through Friday

About the Client
You will be providing direct, skilled care for a pediatric client with chronic medical needs who relies on consistent daily monitoring and supportive care. This is a stable, long-term case with a supportive family and a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities - Provide daily monitoring and skilled nursing care tailored to the child’s medical needs
- Perform gastrostomy tube care, medication administration, and treatments as ordered
- Monitor respiratory status (trach/vent, oxygen, suctioning — if applicable)
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Maintain a safe, calm, and comforting shift environment
- Communicate effectively with the family, care team, and agency

Participate in ongoing training and follow the established plan of care
✔️ Qualifications - Active Missouri LPN or RN license (in good standing)
- Pediatric or home-health experience preferred — but we provide training for the right fit
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
