Requirements:
- LPN/RN: active Illinois license
- Caregiver: 18 , HS diploma/GED (training available if needed)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous pediatric/home health experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Skilled nursing or caregiving for daily needs
- Administer medications, monitor patients, and assist with daily living
