On Call Caregiver

We are seeking an On-Call Caregiver. We offer guaranteed 40 hours/week pay, a dynamic variety of client experiences, and a clear path to becoming a Care Coordinator.

Position Highlights

• Variety of assignments across the South Bay & Peninsula

What You’ll Do

• Fill open shifts, support new client onboarding
• Follow up with current clients
• Provide professional ADL care and companionship
• Promote safety, comfort, and client engagement
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 yrs caregiving experience (home/facility)
• Flexible, reliable, strong judgment, and calm under pressure
• Comfort with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia care
• Own vehicle, smartphone, day shift availability
• Bonus: CNA, Hoyer lift, or facility experience
