Provides personalized care and assistance to individuals in the comfort of their home. The primary focus is on supporting clients with daily activities, improving their quality of life, and maintaining their safety and well being. The role requires empathy, patients, and a compassionate attitude toward clients.

What You’ll Do
Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Personal Care
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Mobility support (transfers, walking)
Home Support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep
- Grocery shopping and errands
Companionship
- Conversation, activities, emotional support
Health & Routine
- Medication reminders
- Observe and report changes
Transportation
- Drive clients to appointments or errands
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, dependable, and patient
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow directions and stay organized
- Comfortable using a smartphone app
Preferred (not required):
- Caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid
Required:
- Pass background check
- Attend training
Work Details
- Work in client homes
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Travel between clients may be required
- Client vehicle used for some trips
