We are a growing Medicare- and Medicaid-approved Home Care Agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations and help manage our expanding services.
This role is critical to the success of our agency and requires someone familiar with home health workflows, caregiver coordination, and healthcare documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and staffing
- Assist with patient intake and onboarding
- Communicate with nurses, aides, patients, and families
- Maintain compliance-related documentation
- Support billing preparation and records organization
- Answer phones, emails, and handle internal communication
- Assist the Administrator with operational tasks
Requirements
- Experience in a home care or healthcare office (preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care operations (strong plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable using office software and EMR systems
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
Nice to Have
- Home care scheduling experience
- Intake or authorization experience
- Understanding of surveys and compliance preparation
