Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing and directing all branch operations to ensure organizational success. This role manages and supports branch staff, drives business development efforts to achieve financial and performance goals, and maintains high levels of client and caregiver satisfaction. The Administrator partners closely with Business Development, Nursing Services, and Human Resources to support growth, care quality, workforce management, and overall branch performance. This position also ensures full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to service excellence are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support branch staff to ensure strong performance, teamwork, and consistent operations, including providing coverage for all branch positions during vacations, leaves of absence, or vacancies.
- Drive business and client growth through proactive relationship-building with clients, families, referral partners, and community organizations.
- Oversee client onboarding and service planning to ensure individualized, compliant, and high-quality care plans.
- Conduct initial and ongoing client evaluations to monitor care quality, satisfaction, and evolving needs.
- Manage client authorizations, billing accuracy, and shift reconciliation to support revenue integrity and financial goals.
- Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance across client files, documentation, EVV requirements, and service delivery.
- Partner with Business Development, Nursing Services, and Human Resources to support growth, care quality, and staffing needs.
- Manage office operations including new hire orientation, training, documentation accuracy, and office organization.
- Monitor KPIs, compliance metrics, and operational performance, communicating insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Respond promptly to incidents, service issues, and client concerns to maintain excellent customer service and high satisfaction.

- Work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to shifting priorities and performing the critical day-to-day duties independently with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience with direct reports
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service-based industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
Working Conditions
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (office environment)
- Ability to operate standard office equipment or tools required for the position
- Ability to move about the work area and between sites as needed
Work Location: Caring for Others Branch
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Required Travel: Local travel and occasional travel for training or meetings
