Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or children in a home care or assisted living setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or children is preferred.
- First aid is required.
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting as needed.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation to client's homes or facilities.
- Ability to provide childcare or senior care services as needed.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities, seniors, or children.
- Proficiency in first aid and CPR techniques.
- Ability to lift and perform heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring procedures.
- Experience in home care, childcare, or senior care settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation to client's homes or facilities.
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities.
