Job Description This is a full-time role (15 hours per week, minimum) for an Outpatient Therapist at Caring Conversations Therapeutic Services, LLC located in Greensburg, PA; part of the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The role offers flexibility for remote work. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing mental health support, and maintaining accurate and timely client records. Qualifications -A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field -Licensure or as a therapist in the state of Pennsylvania -Strong communication and active listening skills -Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach -Knowledge of ethical and confidentiality guidelines -Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team as necessary -Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions (preferred)
