Full-Time Nanny Position – Mill Neck, NY
Family Overview: A warm and active family of five in Mill Neck, NY, is seeking a dedicated and nurturing live-out nanny to care for their three boys, aged 4 years, 2.5 years, and an infant. The family employs another full-time nanny, so effective collaboration and teamwork are essential. They are looking for someone who can engage their children in developmentally appropriate activities and help maintain a structured, fun, and safe environment.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9-5pm
Saturday: TBD
Note: Flexibility is key, as there may be some slight changes in schedule.
Compensation: $30/hr
Start Date: End of April or beginning of May 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care for three young boys.
Engage the children in creative and educational activities.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the children.
Help establish and maintain consistent routines.
Support the infant’s development and assist with diapering and feeding.
Foster a safe and nurturing environment.
Collaborate effectively with the existing full-time nanny to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Requirements:
Previous experience caring for multiple young children.
Ability to manage a dynamic household and multitask.
Warm, engaging, and proactive personality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work alongside another full-time nanny.
Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and needs.
