Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a full-time Spanish speaking Intake Coordinator for our Brooklyn office. The Intake Coordinator plays an integral role in the Intake Department. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Receive referrals from referral sources. Processing referrals received from marketing sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and community physicians.Verify patient’s insurance to determine eligibilityEducate patients on services we provideDetermine what services were approved by insuranceContact patients to educate them on the services we can provide and assist them with their Home Care needs for skilled and non-skilled services.REQUIREMENTS:Must have knowledge of HHA Exchange1 year of Intake Experience (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayLanguage:Spanish (Required)Work Location: Brooklyn Office
