Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a full-time Spanish speaking Administrative Assistant for our Brooklyn office. As Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part of the agency. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and patient care.
The primary purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to schedule patients, greet patients, create and update patient files and accurately to ensure the patient’s visit is smooth. The scope of the work encompasses a variety of clerical duties which promote effective and efficient operation of the practice and fosters favorable public relations with patients, home health aides and caregivers.
