We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as needed for cleaning rags and equipment, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality industry practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining various types of environments, including residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is advantageous.
