Compensation:
Pay is calculated per job. The hourly rate shown is an estimate for platform purposes only. Contractors typically earn $20–$30/hour equivalent, depending on job size, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Schedule:
Flexible and as needed. Hours vary weekly based on bookings. No guaranteed minimum hours. Most cleanings take place in the morning or early afternoon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform standard and deep cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow provided cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Report any damages or concerns immediately
- Maintain professionalism in client homes
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (residential or Airbnb)optional
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Must pass a background check
