Responsibilities: Assist patients in recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions, deliver up to 40 hours weekly, and maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week with an average of 12-14 patients daily. No floating to other clinics is required, but double-booking follow-up visits is expected.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from APTA-approved institutions. Active State License and BLS Certification are required; new graduates are not accepted.
Skills & Requirements: Strong clinical skills in outpatient therapy, ability to handle a high patient volume, and adherence to productivity standards. Overtime requires prior approval.
