Travel Physical Therapist - Skilled

Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in skilled nursing settings, responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering personalized physical therapy interventions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing skilled physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment goals
• Assessing patient needs and adjusting therapy plans accordingly
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Active New Jersey PT license (or eligible for license)
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
