Role: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist providing inpatient/outpatient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans for orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric conditions, utilize modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, and traction, and document care using Cerner and PCC systems. The clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs and ensure quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience, BLS certification, and valid state or compact license. Prior travel experience and familiarity with diverse settings like Acute Care, LTAC, SNF, and outpatient clinics are preferred. Proficiency with modalities and adaptive devices is advantageous.
Key Duties: Treat a patient ratio of 1:6, perform evaluations, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Work scheduled Monday-Friday, 8-hour days, with no weekends or on-call duties. Free housing, parking, and a supportive environment are provided. RTO is limited to one week post-orientation.
