Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, create treatment strategies, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure safety and adherence to professional standards, and participate in patient and student education.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, 6 months to 1 year outpatient experience, active Colorado license, CPR certification, and a commitment to performance improvement and safety protocols.
Additional Duties: May include float rotations, maintaining licensure, and following regulatory guidelines. Accurate documentation and effective communication are essential.
