Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care strategies
- Administer prescribed medications, including respiratory treatments
- Educate patients, families, and team members on health topics
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide clinical leadership and support ongoing professional development
- Achieve assigned goals and contribute to patient outcomes
- Current state license and RRT credential as per NBRC requirements
- Recent clinical experience in hospital, home care, or skilled nursing settings
- Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientation
- Proficiency in computer use (Windows and Microsoft Office)
- CPR certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
