What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift position at CARIN Alliance?
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to assess, plan, and deliver patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include providing age-specific and specialty-appropriate nursing care, accurately documenting medical records, monitoring patient signs and symptoms, and following physician orders. The role involves collecting lab samples, adhering to infection control protocols, performing admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, and assisting with diagnostic or treatment procedures.
Qualifications include an Associate's Degree (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, at least 2 years of ER or comparable experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Fluency in English is required, and additional clearances may be needed for Pennsylvania candidates.
Additional duties include participating in quality assessments, attending staff meetings, and performing assigned tasks to ensure high-quality patient care.
