- Assesses patients under RN guidance
- Contributes to developing and implementing care plans
- Implements and evaluates care plans
- Supports patient care and assists nursing staff
- Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
- Builds clinical leadership knowledge
- Engages in ongoing educational activities
- Completes assigned goals
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (max 90 days in role)
- Computer literacy
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
