- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of patient status and care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and inpatient care standards.
- Comfort with electronic medical records systems.
