- Deliver and coordinate complex treatments, including chemotherapy
- Perform thorough patient assessments and ongoing reassessments as needs change
- Respond to symptoms and support effective pain/symptom management
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and self-care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Registered nurse with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience or demonstrated competence in oncology nursing and chemotherapy care
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient/family education abilities
- Ability to manage complex care needs and adapt to changing patient conditions
