- Performing a variety of gastroenterology procedures, including ERCPs (training available if needed)
- Managing bread-and-butter cases with high volume potential
- Providing clinic and hospital care, with NP coverage for clinic calls
- Participating in an attached ASC and contributing to community referrals
- Board-certified or eligible in gastroenterology
- Ability to perform ERCPs (training available if not experienced)
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Starting with a protected salary, with partnership and earning potential up to $1M
- Vesting equity over three years
