Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining the credentials of healthcare providers to ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers
• Collecting, reviewing, and validating provider documentation and licensing information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider files in our database
• Coordinating with healthcare facilities, licensing boards, and insurance payers to ensure timely credentialing
• Monitoring expiration dates and proactively managing renewal processes
• Assisting with audits and compliance reviews related to provider credentials
