Contract Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented, reliable Contract Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of three lifestyle brands: Cariloha, Del Sol, and Island Cruz.

This role will focus primarily on designing email and integrated marketing campaigns, with opportunities to contribute across a wide variety of digital and brand projects. The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and produce polished creative that feels consistent, engaging, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling email campaigns and supporting marketing assets
• Develop creative for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photography
• Create or edit short-form video and motion-based content as needed
• Use AI image-generation tools thoughtfully to support creative production
• Maintain strong visual consistency across three distinct brands
• Collaborate with creative and marketing partners, respond well to feedback, and meet deadlines
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Professional experience designing email and digital marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma a plus)
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI image-generation and image-editing tools
• Strong photo-editing, compositing, and retouching skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, take direction, and deliver quality work efficiently
• A strong overall eye for brand, composition, and visual storytelling

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience assisting with photo shoots
• Experience creating social media content and paid social assets
• Set styling, prop styling, or product-styling experience
• Experience working with lifestyle, apparel, travel, hospitality, or consumer-product brands
• Basic animation or motion-design skills

Schedule and Opportunity

This contract position is available to start immediately. Hours will vary based on project volume and business needs.
