We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as cooking or preparing light meals when required.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks to ensure accountability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential cleaning techniques and housekeeping management practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
