Wake Up 727 LLC, the locally owned franchisee of Caribou Coffee in Pinellas County, is seeking an exceptional leader to oversee one of our Caribou Coffee coffee houses serving communities throughout Pinellas County.
You'll work directly with the owners—not through layers of corporate management—helping build great teams, create memorable guest experiences, and develop future leaders.
As we continue expanding, we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us. WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll lead every aspect of your coffee house, including:
- Building and developing a high-performing team.
- Creating an outstanding guest experience.
- Managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability.
- Hiring, coaching, and developing future leaders.
- Maintaining exceptional operational, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Driving results while creating a positive, engaging workplace culture.

We're looking for someone who:

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another guest-focused environment.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of labor management and basic profit and loss reporting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Coffee or coffee house management experience is a plus, but not required.
