CARIBBEAN BREEZE FROZEN FOODS, CORP. esta solicitando personal con experiencia en la fabricacion de Chorizo, Longaniza, Morcilla y Salami. Tiene que poder cargar hasta 60 lb. El horario de trabajo es de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. El trabajo es en 207 Hanover Street, Pemberton, NJ
- Operando moledora de carne, estofadora, y empacadora de embutidos.
- Formulacion de recetas, rotacion y control de inventario, sanatizacion de la planta.

*** Must have experience using sausage making equipment: Vacuum Stuffer Vemag, Bowl Cutter / Meat Grinder / Mixer.
CARIBBEAN BREEZE FROZEN FOODS, CORP. is looking for a candidate with experience in the manufacturing of chorizo, sausages, and salami. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Job is located 207 Hanover Street, Pemberton, NJ
- Operating and safe handling of meat products and machinery including Meat Grinder, Continuous Vacuum Stuffer, Sausage Linkers, Meat Slicing.
- Recipe Formulation, inventory Rotation and Control, Plant Sanitization.
