Role overview
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to support our US Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This person will be responsible for subscription revenue reporting, sales expense management, variance analysis, and performance analysis.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions across resourcing, compensation design, and organizational strategy
- Lead components of the annual planning process and own short and long-term forecasting, with a strong focus on weekly/monthly trend analysis and clear communication to FP&A and business stakeholders
- Deliver and present concise monthly and quarterly reporting, including actionable variance insights and executive-ready commentary
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Analytics to support month-end close, review general ledger activity, and ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue and expense reporting
- Partner with the Commissions team to manage accruals and forecasted payouts, ensuring alignment with bookings and revenue performance
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally working in FP&A and supporting functional business leaders
- Consistently demonstrate behaviors that reflect initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Zuora, Google Suite experience is a plus
- Experience in technology and/or SAAS preferred
- Experience in Subscription Revenue analysis preferred.
